Purchased a mattress with protector, had it delivered and set up, the mattress failed after about 1 year. Attempted to get a replacement due to the 10 year warranty and was informed they had changed computer programs and could not give a warranty on anything sold before the last few months. Do NOT shop here nor trust them.
